What is your position at Tenvision and what do you like best about it?
Director of Service. I like developing talent and setting the example of the high standards in the ultrasound industry.
What is one piece of advice you would give to keep their equipment running sharp?
Keep a clean and neat work environment and use only approved cleaning agents on the ultrasound system and probes.
What is your customer service philosophy?
I treat every ultrasound system and service call as if my family and friends will be scanned on them. Patient customer service is my highest priority.

With my past experiences and proven successes, I look forward to maintaining our customer needs on the leading edge of new ultrasound technology.
